1、外商合伙的概念：外商投资合伙企业是指2个以上外国企业或者个人在中国境内设立的合伙企业，以及外国企业或者个人与中国的自然人、法人和其他组织在中国境内设立的合伙企业。外商投资合伙企业类型包括外商投资普通合伙企业（含特殊的普通合伙企业）和外商投资有限合伙企业。

2、公司名称：每个名称只有通过工商部门查实并预留方为有效。其公司名称将会标明“普通合伙，特殊普通合伙，有限合伙”字样。特殊的普通合伙企业，需要提交合伙人的职业资格证明的，应当依照相关法律、行政法规规定，向企业登记机关提交有关证明。
